Broken items can not be returned. We ensure that the products are not broken and still in 1 piece before sending it out. We also take pictures before sending it as proof.
All orders will be shipped out on weekends. You will receive your tracking number via email when the courier picked up the parcel from the locker.

Plummie&Co is named after Daisy_Plum, as Plummie is her nickname.
